Gebrauchsanweisung
Usual frequency: 1 to 2 times a day in each nostril. For the treatment of nasal symptoms, 4 to 6 times a day. Press the nozzle for 1 or 2 seconds.
1. Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle firmly for 1-2 seconds.
